Free Valentine’s Day Divorce Given Away by West Virginia Law Firm

West Virginia-based Webb Law Firm, PLLC gave away free divorce on Valentine’s Day.

This is the fourth year of the giveaway and it is the only one of its type in the nation. 

Each year on Valentine’s Day, the Webb Law Firm gives away a free divorce to the person whom they consider most worthy based upon the compelling story they make via internet application to the firm’s website: rustywebb.com. 

The freebie goes to the person who, in the opinion of the firm, presents the most compelling story as to why they deserve a free divorce. The divorce is limited to an uncontested, no-fault divorce with no or minimal child custody issues.

While the service is free, the winner will be responsible for all fees, costs and expenses associated with the divorce. The divorce is limited to divorces with jurisdiction in West Virginia.  Current clients of firm are ineligible for this free service. 

For this year, the winner of the contest, announced on February 14 by the firm, is Loretta T. of Huntington, WV.

“What we were most impressed with was her creative and humorous description of her husband,” said attorney Rusty Webb, who gave away the free divorce.  “Ms. T. was ecstatic when she learned this morning that she was the winner.”
