Wisconsin Supreme Court Reprimands Ex-Judge Who Declared He’d Make Cases Sit “Until Hell Freezes Over”
The Wisconsin Supreme Court has reprimanded former Cudahy Municipal Judge John Zodrow for engaging in “misconduct by failing to dispose of judicial matters promptly, efficiently, and fairly and by willfully or persistently failing to perform official duties.”
The State Supreme Court (“Court”) issued the disciplinary sanction in a Per Curiam Decision dated August 26, 2010. Leagle.com was able to obtain a copy of the opinion, and published it on its website.
