AZ Sen. Kyl Files Own Version of Patent Reform Bill

U.S. Senator Jon Kyl (R-Az) has filed his own version of Patent Reform Act of 2009 (S. 610). After reading the bill twice on the floor, the Senate referred the bill to the Committee on Judiciary on March 17, 2009.
The proposed legislation, bearing the title “A bill to amend title 35, United States Code, to provide for patent reform,” amends federal patent law to rewrite provisions concerning the conditions for patentability. The bill also:
