Section 337 Investigation on Infringement of Hewlett-Packard’s Patents on Inkjet Ink Supplies and Components

The U.S. International Trade Commission (“USITC”) has voted to institute an investigation of certain inkjet ink supplies and components thereof. The products at issue in this investigation are ink supplies and components thereof used in, for example, inkjet printers.
The investigation is based on a complaint filed by Hewlett-Packard Company of Palo Alto, CA, and Hewlett-Packard Development Company, L.P. of Houston, TX, on June 25, 2010.
